Proof of Vaccination

Patrons must be able to show proof that they are fully vaccinated at the time of their entry into the theater. Acceptable proof includes the physical vaccination card or a photo of the card on a phone or other device. Patrons who are unable to provide proof of vaccination at the door will not be admitted. 

People with certain medical conditions preventing vaccination, those with closely held religious beliefs that prevent vaccination or children under the age of 12 are exempt from proof of vaccination requirements, but must provide proof of a timely negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the performance start time.

Mask Policy

Audience members will be required to wear masks indoors regardless of vaccination status.

Seating and Touchless Ticketing

Unexpected Stage has reduced the number of seats in the theater, and patrons are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance to ensure seating. The performance space will be regularly sanitized using u/v light.

Tickets can be purchased online or by phone, and physical copies of tickets are not required, although we are happy to provide them upon request.

Staff Requirements

All members of the Unexpected Stage team who interact with our patrons (Box Office, House Managers, Concessions) are required to wear masks, comply with daily temperature checks, and follow a regular routine of sanitizing. Vaccinations are required for all performers and any staff or volunteers in public-facing positions.

Ticket Exchanges

We ask that if you are experiencing symptoms, please stay home and let us know, and we will be happy to exchange your tickets for another date or provide a credit for future performances
